Building supervision services
Current affairs: The Construction Act has entered into force on 1 January 2025.
The following buildings always require a building permit according to Section 42 of the Building Act.
- residential building or leisure building
- a building with a size of at least 30 m2 or 120 m3
- a canopy of at least 50m2 in size
- a public structure that can be used by at least five natural persons at the same time
- a mast or chimney at least 30 m high
- an illuminated advertising device of at least 2m2 in size
- energy well
- an area built for a specific activity that has an impact on the use of the surrounding areas
Projects that fall outside the permit will be assessed on a case-by-case basis!
