Rural services

The main task of rural services is to ensure the payment of EU and national subsidies to agricultural entrepreneurs. In addition to support matters, rural services' tasks include predator and deer damage assessments, waste oat inspections and matters related to animal husbandry registration. Karvia, Merikarvia, Pori, Siikainen and Ulvila form a rural administration cooperation area, the services of which are provided by the City of Pori.
