The aim of the project is to clarify the role of the Skantzi Cultural Centre in the regional cooperation network and
raise its visibility nationwide among performers, audiences and partners.
The center will create its own website and provide training to those within its sphere of influence.
In addition, the project supports the development of tourism and the diversification of the region's economic structure.

Alkkia winter sports
The project will implement a ski machine investment in the village of Alkkia in the municipality of Karvia. The project will improve the quality and reliability of the village's existing routes, which will strengthen the area's appeal as a winter sports and adventure tourism destination and support community spirit and well-being.
Local history museum development project
The municipality of Karvia has received EU rural development funding for the renovation of the open-air museum area. The project focuses on the renovation of the buildings in the open-air museum area and improving the area's infrastructure. The museum's signage, safety and accessibility will also be developed. In addition, new elements that improve the visitor experience will be created, such as experiential content through ITE art and by making information boards.
Municipal information and guidance center
The project will create an information center utilizing the premises of the former health center. The information center is easily accessible and serves the entire Geopark area. The goal is to provide easy information and guidance to visitors to the LH Geopark and the Arts Route. The project has received EU rural funding through Leader Northern Satakunta.
