Description for implementing document disclosure
In order to implement the principle of openness, the information management unit must maintain a description of the information resources and records it manages.
The description must include the following information:
- information systems that contain information belonging to the case register or information management of services;
- the authority deciding on the provision of information contained in a register or information system and its contact details for submitting a request for access to information;
- of the data contained in information systems by data group;
- search engines that make it possible to technically search for documents in the authority's file register or information systems;
- about the availability of data materials openly through a technical interface.
The information management unit must publish the description referred to in subsection 1 on the public information network to the extent that the information in the description is not confidential.
